Generation Z in the workplace
A new generation has entered the labor market, the Zs have arrived. With their arrival, employers face new challenges in working with members of a generation that is generally more confident and ambitious, and in some cases almost impatient.
The purpose of Check-in 2 The Future is to help members of Generation Z to successfully integrate into the labor market and to bring the expectations of employers and young employees closer to each other.
During the one-year project, Hungarian NGOs developed services that help companies to work effectively with Generation Z and create commitment to achieve competitiveness and sustainable growth.
In the framework of the culTUNEration Conference, the project manager of Check-in 2 The Future, Civil Impact Nonprofit Kft., presents the program's achievements and contributors, and the developed services can be tested.

In the escape room, we playfully present the trap situations of the youth of generation Z in their own world. You can only escape from the virtual world if you recognize the signs of loneliness, harassment, stress, lack of self-confidence or body image disorder and find a solution to these problems.

With the Z's entering the labor market, new expectations appeared among the members of a generation that is generally more confident and ambitious, and in some cases almost impatient. Creating effective collaboration and engagement with generation A is key for companies in terms of competitiveness and sustainable growth. The purpose of Check-in 2 The Future is to help the members of the Z generation to successfully integrate into the labor market, to bring the expectations of employers and young employees closer to each other.
